My friends call me Sands, and I’ve dedicated more than three decades of my life to the pursuit of holistic healing, blending the precision of western medicine with the profound wisdom of alternative practices.

Meet Sandy
My journey began in the corridors of a private hospital group, where I spent over 30 years immersing myself in the intricacies of healthcare. It was here that I learned the importance of tailored care, the kind that addresses not just the symptoms, but the root causes of distress. Parallel to this, I’ve lent my ears and heart as a lifeline counselor for over 20 years, bearing witness to the myriad of human emotions and the resilience of the human spirit.
As a mature student on the verge of completing a Social Science Degree in Counselling, I am a testament to the belief that our capacity to learn, grow, and heal is boundless. This journey of continuous education has deepened my understanding of the delicate tapestry of mental and emotional wellness and fuelled my passion for holistic healing.
Holistic healing, to me, is not just a practice but a way of life. It is about looking beyond the physical and nurturing the soul. As a qualified TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), QEC (Quantum Energy Coaching), and Life Alignment practitioner, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of integrating alternative healing modalities with conventional medicine. My ongoing studies in Astrology and the benefits of Plant Medicine on Consciousness are a reflection of my commitment to exploring all avenues of healing, recognizing that wellness is a multidimensional pursuit.
