Integrative Counselling SA offers supportive wellness counselling, psychoeducation and experiential practices intended to support personal growth, emotional awareness, nervous-system regulation and spiritual wellbeing.

Sessions may include guided meditation, breathing and grounding practices, body awareness, reflective conversation, TRE-informed practices, Life Alignment and other complementary approaches. These services do not diagnose, treat or cure medical, psychiatric or psychological conditions and are not a substitute for care from a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Any spiritual ideas, imagery or interpretations shared during sessions are offered as invitations for personal reflection rather than as established fact, religious instruction or medical advice. You are always free to accept, question or leave aside anything that does not feel appropriate for you.

Participation is voluntary. Please work gently and within your own capacity. You may pause, modify or decline any exercise at any time. If a practice causes discomfort, distress, dizziness, pain or emotional overwhelm, stop and seek appropriate support where necessary. Do not discontinue medication or medical or psychological treatment on the basis of anything shared during a session.

Individual sessions are treated confidentially, subject to applicable professional, safety and legal limitations. During group or Zoom sessions, participants are asked to respect one another’s privacy; however, absolute confidentiality within a group setting cannot be guaranteed. Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot or share another person’s contribution without their express permission. Any recording by the facilitator will be announced in advance and handled according to the consent arrangements for that session.

These services are not an emergency or crisis service. Anyone experiencing severe psychological distress, thoughts of self-harm, or an immediate risk to themselves or another person should contact local emergency services or an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

While every effort is made to provide a respectful and supportive environment, individual experiences and outcomes will vary, and no particular result can be guaranteed. By booking or participating, you acknowledge the nature and scope of the service and remain responsible for your own choices, wellbeing and decisions.
